What an amazing year 2007 was! M1911.ORG kept growing and our sites kept attracting more and more visitors. Not only that but more and more companies recognized us as an electronic publication and send us their products for testing and reviewing. We published twenty M1911 reviews during the last year, from them sixteen were for models never before being reviewed by any other publication.
What that means is that you, our visitors, can read here the latest news about the M1911, before they are published elsewhere. It means that this site is offering you all the latest and most accurate information on your favorite pistol. So keep coming back, this trend will continue in the years to come, and certainly during 2008.
An additional very interesting thing is that more and more companies consider you, our visitors, to be a valuable audience, and they select M1911.ORG for their advertising needs. We definitely appreciate their trust.
Our Forums Site has grown to more than 20,000 registered users, and on average it receives more than 7,500 individual visitors every single day. Not only that, during 2007 we came up with some new products for you, the M1911.ORG PocketSmith, our stickers and patches, our 2008 Canendars, Rob Pincus books and DVDs, plus we now offer our members the ability to purchase CheckMate 1911 magazines, in very advantageous prices. Of course, we also expanded the functionality of our Forums site, with a Guestbook, and starting this year, our members can have their own M1911.ORG Web Pages.
So what is ahead of us for 2008? Well, we will definitely continue to bring you the latest information about the M1911, long before you read it elsewhere. We'll continue to publish reviews of all the latest M1911 pistols in the market. And we'll continue to offer to our members three sites where the can find everything about their prefered pistol. And of course, M1911.ORG will be present in the 2008 SHOT Show, so you can expect to read all the latest from Las Vegas.

A few words for 2007
First of all, let me wish to each and every one of you a very Happy and Prosperous 2007. May the new year bring you all your heart desires, personal happiness and professional recognition and success.
With 2006 behind us, I would like to take this opportunity, to thank each one of our visitors for their support. M1911.ORG has grown significantly in the past year. The industry recognized us, as an electronic publication, and the result is our E-zine site. The first, totally-M1911-oriented E-zine.
During the past year, we brought you nine pistol reviews, of which seven were of brand new models, never before seen in any other electronic or printed publication. This is largely due to our authors, who go out of their way to produce those reviews in the soonest possible time, so that you can read about the new M1911 models here.
We also brought you several more reviews of products which are of general shooter interest. These products ranged from grips and bags to software programs and one of the most controversial issues, M1911 magazines.
I want to personally thank all the companies who saw the good job we are doing here and trusted us with their products.
So what's going to happen in 2007?
Well, first of all, we are going to be present in 2007 SHOT Show, where we are accepted as members of the Press. So during the second week of January, you will be able to read here all the latest industry news about the M1911, straight from the largest firearms show on the earth. We'll try to bring you daily reports from the SHOT Show, so you can stay tuned with what's coming up.
From then on, we'll continue to bring you reviews of new products, in our E-zine. We have already scheduled several more reviews, of brand new M1911 models for you, so keep coming back often. We also plan to add some regular columns, from significant people in the industry. We also plan to enhance our material here, with visual ... attractions. Video is one of our targets and we are working on it very intensively. Hopefully, you will see the results of our efforts within 2007. And of course, you will continue to find here, all the latest news about the M1911 world. Remember, a printed magazine can have 5-10 pages in an issue, dedicated to your favorite firearm. Here, everything is related to the M1911 and the M1911 shooter.
